1Corporate Entity & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting quotations, scheduling consultation slots, or executing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd (CIN: U72900OR2020PTC032634), you ("Client", "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2Products & Scope of Services

Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd specializes in enterprise software solutions, including:

• Fuzon ERP Suite: Accounting, inventory control, billing, GST e-invoicing, e-way bill automation, and multi-branch synchronization.
• LOGIC ERP & Third-Party Integration: Specialized sales, licensing, and workflow integrations for retail, distribution, and manufacturing enterprises.
• TM Bill Cloud POS & Vyapar Setup: Cloud billing solutions and accounting software deployment.
• Custom Software & IT Advisory: Custom workflow engineering, IT infrastructure setup, and startup digitisation consultation.

3Quotations, Payment Terms & Invoicing

Quotations generated through our portal or provided via formal proposals represent preliminary estimates based on specified requirements. Final pricing, milestone payment schedules, tax components (GST), license renewals, and support scope are finalized through executed Commercial Purchase Orders (POs) or Master Service Agreements.

All statutory GST invoices issued by Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd are payable as per agreed payment terms. Delayed payments beyond agreed grace periods may incur interest or suspension of cloud synchronization services as specified in your SLA.

4User Obligations & Acceptable Use

When utilizing our online platforms or custom software modules, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete organizational data during booking and quote submissions.
• Not engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, decompilation, or tampering with Fuzon ERP proprietary code.
• Comply with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in Fuzon software products, custom code modules, branding, logos, graphics, and documentation belong exclusively to Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd. Client data remains the absolute property of the Client. Fuzon obtains no ownership rights over Client financial, inventory, or operational datasets.

6Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

While Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd implements industry-leading software engineering standards and security controls, software solutions are provided "as is" and "as available" except as explicitly warranted under signed enterprise SLAs. In no event shall Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of profits resulting from user operational downtime or third-party network outages.
